Using 2x2 light fixtures allows you to move a light fixture 2 feet in any direction without having to change the ceiling grid. RPM Pizza LLC uses Genesis 2x2 fixtures because they are NSF approved and the fixture is a sealed unit which means no bugs or dirt can get inside the fixture, and they're easy to clean."
